Markus Daniel Weber, 1965 in Freiburg geboren und aufgewachsen, hat schon sehr früh aufgrund seines Engagements im Hochleistungssport beim Schwimmen und Skifahren, gelernt hohe Ziele zu setzen und zu erreichen.
Nach seinem Studium gründete er 1994 mit 29 Jahren seine Agentur V.I.T. GmbH und ist seit dieser Zeit 100% Gesellschafter.
Markus setzte von Anfang an auf außergewöhnliche Events mit einem FITness Aspekt, lange vor dem eigentlichen Trend. Seine erste Incentive Reise ging ( wen wunderts:…) nach Aspen und Hawaii. Darauf folgten TQM Veranstaltungen für Mercedes Benz unter dem Titel „Be a Fitness Manager“, Management Trainings mit 150 Managern der DaimlerChrysler in Detroit und viele weitere.
Er ist aber auch Trainer/Coach im Bereich Resilienz und Stressmanagement sowie Kommunikation, Team und Persönlichkeitsentwicklung. Als lizenzierter Trainer für Denk- und Verhaltenstilanalysen und als Moderator und Speaker bei Tagungen und Events ist er sehr gefragt.
Markus ist 100 -prozentig authentisch und steht für pure Energie.
Mit Begeisterung und Leidenschaft organisiert er Events ob mit 8 TOP Managern offsite im Schnee oder Großveranstaltungen mit 1200 Teilnehmern, immer mit dem gleichen Engagement, denn nicht Größe, sondern Qualität und Emotion ist bei ihm ausschlaggebend.
Er coacht, trainiert und inspiriert seit 34 Jahren Vorstände und Führungskräfte aus Industrie und Wirtschaft, aber auch Weltmeister und Olympiateilnehmer im In- und Ausland.
Es ist eine perfekte Koinzidenz ihn hier und heute, in Griechenland dem Ursprungsland der Olympischen Spiele, in die Mice Hall of Fame aufzunehmen.
Privat ist der Vater eines 23jährigen Sohnes, immer noch begeisterter Skifahrer, Mountainbiker, reist gerne auch mit dem Hubschrauber als Pilot und geniest gutes Essen und Netzwerken mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen.

With enthusiasm and passion he organizes events whether with 8 TOP managers offsite in the snow or large events with 1200 participants, always with the same commitment, because not size, but quality and emotion is decisive for him.
He has been coaching, training and inspiring board members and managers from industry and business, as well as world champions and Olympic participants at home and abroad for 34 years.
It is a perfect coincidence to induct him into the Mice Hall of Fame here and now, in Greece, the country of origin of the Olympic Games.
In his private life, the father of a 23-year-old son, is still an enthusiastic skier, mountain biker, likes to travel also with the helicopter as pilot and enjoys good food and networking with colleagues.
